Resale Package Bundle
A resale pack is a bundle of essential details for prospective buyers of condominiums or apartments within an organization. It includes the complete collection of documents legal to govern the company. The Resale package can be different between states.

This is a fee that must be compensated by the purchaser of the property upon the date when the property is sold. This is an amount that is paid directly by the buyer directly to Empire Management Group as a result of the transfer the property’s ownership on to the buyer by sellers within the HOA’s Service System. The same is true regardless of the association or type the property.
What is a Questionnaire?
The lender might require a questionnaire be filled out, containing information about the association you are a part of. Most of the time, a customized questionnaire supplied by your lender needs to be completed. However an existing questionnaire can be purchased. The questionnaire orders will include the questionnaire of your you prefer, along with an association’s budget and balance sheet as well as an association’s insurance certificate.

Your title company will send in all documents needed to have the property ownership changed over to your name. They will also include any payments that were collected at closing.
We recommend waiting 30 business days from the date
of your sale to allow for mailing and processing time. You may provide documentation in advance if you need gate or amenities access by emailing the documents listed below to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why does EMG need these documents?
These documents allow us to verify that the sale has already taken place. We are unable to process a change of ownership in advance of a sale. These documents provide the information that we need about the details of the sale and the contact information for the new owner.
To process a change of ownership, we must receive a copy of one or more of the following documents:
• The HUD Statement (also known as the Final Settlement Statement)
• The Closing Disclosure
• The new Deed
